• Facilitated quantitative research(surveys) and workshops and 1-1 conversations with IBM Power customers and partners to understand product needs and build the IBM Power next-generation strategy and roadmap

• Worked closely with the product, engineering, and marketing teams to develop the IBM Power strategy and roadmap using the innovative 3-in-a-box model.
